Empirics Consulting is in the unique position of having a construction background and Local Hire administration experience. Our goal is to create a Local Hire program that will both satisfy the contract and fill the needs of the contractors. Develop a core worker formula in conjunction with local hire recruitment

ldentify and direct into trades-related pre-apprenticeship programs individuals seeking to become qualified to participate in employment opportunities on the Project.
ldentify and direct into Community Based Organization (CBO) sponsored job-training programs all individuals seeking to become qualified to participate in related employment opportunities on the Project.
Identify and consider all pre-apprenticeship program and (CBO)sponsored job-training program graduates for employment on the Project.
